Good Faith Estimate

Know What to Expect — No Surprises

We believe in being upfront and honest about the cost of care. If you're paying out of pocket or not using insurance, you have the right to get a Good Faith Estimate — a clear breakdown of what your treatment might cost before you get started. If your insurance benefits have been verified before your initial examination, then a Good Faith Estimate of your first visit will be verbally given before you get started with the the consultation and examination.

What's a Good Faith Estimate?

It's just what it sounds like: an estimate of what your care will cost based on the services we expect to provide. This includes things like:

  1. Your first visit or consultation
  2. Chiropractic adjustments
  3. Any follow-up treatments we recommend

We're here to make sure you feel confident and informed about your care — no hidden fees or surprise bills.

When Will I Get It?

What If the Final Cost Is More?

If your final bill is more than $400 above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it. There's a simple process you can follow to challenge the charges if something doesn't seem right.

How to Request an Estimate

Just give us a call at (419) 874-9744 or stop by the front desk — we'll walk you through everything and get you what you need. We want you to feel good about your care — both physically and financially.

Note: Your Good Faith Estimate includes expected costs, but not unexpected services or emergencies. We'll always talk to you first if something changes.
